AR at Scale, Williams Sonoma
Viewing products in context is key to building confidence to purchase. As part of my design experience portfolio strategy at Williams-Sonoma, I proved the lift in conversion rate for Augmented Reality in furniture with a category A/B test on West Elm brand furniture. After proving revenue lift for mid-size furniture like chairs and tables, I pitched implementing AR for the launch of the new Pottery Barn Kids app. I coached a senior product manager through planning and brought together teams of engineers and 3D artists to build the new pipeline of USDZ files. I brought together a product manager, a UX designer and engineering lead to create the ability to apply SKU changes within the AR view.
