3D Home Design Platform
At Marxent, I led an inspiration-focused upgrade to the company's core product platform, geared toward the home renovation process.
I began by identifying industry KPI's and conducting user research, which led me to pain points in the home renovation process where I could improve the overall experience, empowering both customers and kitchen design specialists.
I created a roadmap, defined the features and requirements, and managed a cross-functional team of 15 to deliver the experience in an Agile environment.
